Since 2008, CERN's Large Hadron Collider (LHC), has been pushing the boundaries of physics. As long shut down 3 approaches in 2026, the High-Luminosity LHC will take its place. Starting operations in 2029, HL-LHC will explore the unknown until 2041. HL-LHC's successor will be decided in 2028, and will see either the Future Circular Collider, Muon Collider or Linear Collider push humanities understanding of the universe, well into the end of the century.
